As we prepare for the launch of SABZA-backed tokens and decentralized market infrastructure, we are engaging experienced Web3 go-to-market leaders to help us enter global crypto markets, build liquidity, and execute high-impact ITO/ICO campaigns that support real-world climate outcomes.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced DEX ICO/ITO/Go-To-Market (GTM) Consultant to lead the end-to-end launch of digital tokens/coins across global crypto markets. The consultant will design and execute market entry strategies, exchange readiness, and marketing & PR campaigns through ITO/ICO milestones, with a strong focus on liquidity, credibility, and investor trust.
This role is ideal for a proven Web3 operator who has successfully taken tokens from concept to exchange listings and driven multi-million-dollar offerings.
Key ResponsibilitiesToken & Market Launch Strategy
- Design and execute token go-to-market strategies for DEX and CEX environments
- Advise on whitepaper, token economics, vesting, liquidity strategy, and listing readiness
- Support token launches on leading exchanges (e.g., Binance, OKX, KuCoin, Bybit, DEXs)
Exchange & Ecosystem Enablement
- Prepare exchange pitch decks, data rooms, and listing documentation
- Coordinate with market makers, launchpads, custodians, and liquidity providers
- Guide compliance positioning (non-legal) aligned with global crypto norms
Marketing, Community & PR
- Build and execute full-funnel marketing strategies from pre-seed to ITO/ICO
- Lead PR, influencer, KOL, and media partnerships across crypto markets
- Drive community growth (Telegram, Discord, X, Web3 forums)
- Oversee campaign performance, investor sentiment, and traction metrics
Fundraising & Offering Execution
- Structure and manage ITO/ICO/IDO campaigns
- Support investor roadshows, AMAs, demo days, and launch events
- Align narrative, storytelling, and traction for institutional & retail investors
Advisory & Performance Optimization
- Act as a strategic advisor to founders and core teams
- Track KPIs: liquidity, volume, investor conversion, CAC, retention
- Continuously optimize GTM execution based on market feedback
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience leading ITO/ICO/IDO launches with $xM+ in cumulative offerings
- Demonstrable success stories (exchange listings, sold-out rounds, strong post-launch performance)
- Deep understanding of crypto markets, DEXs, CEXs, tokenomics, and Web3 growth
- Strong network across:
- Exchanges & launchpads
- Market makers & liquidity providers
- Crypto media, PR agencies, and KOLs
- Hands-on experience with Web3 marketing, PR, and community growth
- Ability to work independently with distributed, founder-led teams
Nice to Have
- Experience launching DeFi, RWA, Climate/Carbon, AI, or Infrastructure tokens
- Prior role as Head of GTM, Token Strategist, or Web3 Growth Lead
- Background in venture capital, crypto advisory, or launchpad operations
