About the Role
Within the Demand Generation & Campaigns team, you'll own an integrated campaign from strategy and creative briefing through launch, optimization, and pipeline reporting. You'll connect Product Marketing, regional leaders, and channel teams around a cohesive campaign strategy, with accountability for performance.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy, translating product positioning into cross-channel programs that connect awareness to pipeline.
- Manage the campaign calendar, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination; identify opportunities across adjacent campaigns.
- Brief content assets for each funnel stage and provide messaging direction informed by campaign performance and audience insights.
- Align partner activations and regional execution with the campaign timeline, coordinating localization and reusable campaign kits.
- Partner with paid media teams on audience targeting, ICP and ABM alignment, creative testing, and spend optimization.
- Own webinar acquisition, promotion, and follow-up strategy, and collaborate on email nurture tracks and lifecycle journeys.
- Work with ABX teams on account targeting using 6sense or DemandBase intent signals, personalized plays, and alignment with SDR and sales outreach.
- Own KPI dashboards and reporting; ensure campaign tagging and attribution in Salesforce and Tableau, monitor funnel conversion and account engagement, and recommend budget, channel, and creative adjustments.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with a demonstrated focus on integrated campaign management and demand generation.
- A track record of launching campaigns across paid digital, events, content/email, and/or ABM.
- Cybersecurity marketing experience, particularly targeting security operations or IT/security leadership.
- Experience collaborating with Product Marketing, Digital, Field Marketing, Content, and Marketing Ops in a matrixed organization spanning global strategy and regional execution.
- Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce, plus strong project management skills across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- An analytical approach to campaign performance and excellent writing skills for translating technical messaging into clear campaign briefs and copy direction.
- Fluency with AI tools for marketing research, briefing, analysis, and content iteration; comfort collaborating across time zones.
Nice to have: Experience with partner-led organizations and MSPs/MSSPs, distribution partners, or CSPs; hands-on 6sense or DemandBase experience; ABX account selection, tiering, and personalized plays; multi-touch attribution in Salesforce; and multi-market localization.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range of $108,000 - $149,000 USD. Pay varies by candidate location; a different range may apply in some locations and will be provided during recruiting.
