Product Designer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to help shape intuitive, high-quality product experiences in a fast-moving, product-driven environment.

This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior designer who can move fluidly from user flows and wireframes into polished UI systems, while partnering closely with product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life.

You’ll play a key role in translating user stories, workflows, and product requirements into clear, scalable designs that improve usability and accelerate development.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end UI and UX design across product workflows and features
• Translate user stories and product requirements into intuitive wireframes and polished interfaces
• Design flows, mockups, prototypes, and scalable design systems in Figma
• Partner with product and engineering to ensure clean handoff and execution quality
• Help shape product requirements and contribute to PRDs for engineering
• Turn complex workflows into simple, elegant user experiences
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback, product needs, and engineering constraints
• Contribute to design systems, reusable components, and interaction patterns
• Collaborate cross-functionally on roadmap and feature prioritization

What We’re Looking For

• Mid-to-senior level product design experience
• Strong UI + UX fundamentals with a portfolio demonstrating both
• Deep proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design workflows
• Experience translating user stories into product-ready designs
• Ability to contribute to or help create PRDs and engineering documentation
• Strong systems thinking and interaction design instincts
• Comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in startup or high-growth product environments
• Familiarity with tools like Weave or similar workflow/documentation systems
• Experience designing B2B SaaS, marketplace, or workflow-heavy products
• Strong product thinking beyond visual design
