We are now seeking a Director (Equity Partner) to join our leadership team and help drive the next stage of our journey.

Role Overview

This is a strategic and growth-focused leadership role. As Director, you will work alongside the founders to shape ScotiTech’s vision, build organisational strength, and accelerate company growth. This position is primarily administrative and business development focused, rather than technical.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement company strategy and long-term vision.
• Oversee operations, compliance, and governance at a board level.
• Lead business development and partnerships, building strong networks across industries.
• Contribute to fundraising and investment readiness for future scaling.
• Support financial oversight, resource planning, and organisational efficiency.
• Drive brand positioning and market expansion across consumer and enterprise sectors.
• Work collaboratively with the founding team to align innovation with sustainable growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership or senior management experience in business, tech, or startups.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for growth and scaling companies.
• Experience in fundraising, partnerships, or market expansion is highly valued.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to work on an equity basis at this stage.
• This role requires a UK passport holder due to regulatory/financial requirements
