Project Management Office (PMO) Trainee

Snapshot of your day As a PMO Trainee, you will have the opportunity to shadow experienced portfolio & product managers and assist with capturing and analyzing project data, preparing reports, supporting resource allocation and updating project documentation. You will also be able to learn on how to communicate optimally with different stakeholders, participate in training sessions and workshops to build your knowledge and skills in project management methodologies and tools, as well as to look into process improvement and implementation of best practices within the team. How You'll Make An Impact

• Support global projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively, and making a significant impact on our success.
• Manage project data to provide in-depth business analysis, build management-level presentations, conduct quality checks, and generate data reports, all contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
• Steer the consistent and detailed implementation of processes, policies, and guidelines to ensure standardization across projects, fostering a cohesive and efficient work environment.
• Act as a sparring partner to various customers, ensuring effective cooperation across teams and regions, and enhancing the overall productivity and success of projects.
• Collaborate in central activities coordinated by the management team, leveraging standards and know-how across different functions and regions, driving innovation and excellence in project management.
• Implement PM and PMO guidelines and processes to contribute to the development and success of functional organizations, ensuring that projects are managed effectively and efficiently.

What You Bring

• University degree in business administration or related field
• Fluent English
• Solid MS Office knowledge
• Strong analytical mentality and used to work with data analytics
• Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills
