Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. has a full-time opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist supporting travel agency services, trip planning, tours, reservations, booking, payments, customer service, and travel operations. In day-to-day work, you will maintain accurate accounting records, reconciliations, invoices, payments, and routine financial transactions. The position is 100% remote and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Your Day-to-Day
- Review and maintain accurate financial, account, invoice, payment, payroll, claim, or control records relevant to the Accounts Receivable Specialist role at Signal Travel & Tours, Inc.
- Process or verify assigned transactions and supporting documentation using approved systems and procedures.
- Reconcile records, investigate discrepancies, and document approved corrections or required follow-up.
- Prepare recurring summaries, aging reports, reconciliations, exception reports, or supporting schedules as required.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, employees, or internal teams when information is missing or clarification is needed.
- Protect sensitive financial and personal information and follow Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. access-control procedures.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and comfort working with spreadsheets and finance or record-management systems.
- Ability to reconcile records, identify discrepancies, and maintain complete supporting documentation.
- Clear professional communication when following up on financial or account questions.
- High discretion when handling payment, banking, payroll, claim, or personal information.
- Ability to meet recurring deadlines and follow detailed control procedures consistently.
- A pre-employment background check and, where applicable to the role and permitted by law, credit screening are required.
