We’re looking for an experienced SunSystems Team Lead to manage a team of consultants and oversee the delivery of finance system solutions across multiple clients. This is a hybrid role combining leadership, project delivery, and hands-on consulting — perfect for someone with strong SunSystems expertise and a passion for driving excellence in client delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance systems consultants.
• Oversee project delivery and post-implementation support across multiple clients.
• Act as primary point of contact for client escalations and vendor engagement.
• Support project managers in planning, resourcing, and risk management.
• Deliver hands-on consulting on SunSystems implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Drive process improvements, governance, and quality across delivery teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ SunSystems experience (end-user or consultancy background).
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Proven track record delivering finance system implementations (on-premise or SaaS).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
