Job Title: Portfolio Manager((Finance)Location:RemoteKey Responsibilitie

  • sLead and manage a portfolio of complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational and client strategic objectives
  • .Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to Program Managers and Project Managers to build a high-performing delivery organization
  • .Establish and maintain portfolio governance, project management standards, and best practices
  • .Prioritize projects based on business value, resource availability, and organizational priorities
  • .Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution across multiple initiatives
  • .Monitor portfolio performance, project health, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
  • .Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address project risks, issues, and escalations
  • .Manage portfolio financials, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, utilization, backlog management, profitability, and margin improvement
  • .Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, clients, business partners, engineering teams, and cross-functional organizations
  • .Facilitate portfolio reviews, governance meetings, financial reviews, and executive status reporting
  • .Create executive dashboards and performance reports that provide visibility into portfolio health, financial performance, resource utilization, and project delivery
  • .Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, governance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • .Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization and provide regular updates to executive leadership and clients

.Required Qualification

  • sBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • .MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
  • .10+ years of Program or Project Management experience
  • .5+ years managing large, complex, cross-functional IT or infrastructure programs within a Professional Services or Managed Services environment
  • .Demonstrated experience leading teams of Program Managers and Project Managers
  • .Strong experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets, financial forecasting, revenue planning, and portfolio performance
  • .Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs while balancing competing priorities
  • .Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • .Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • .Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, risk management, and delivery methodologies
