Steadman Hub are working alongside an established B2B SaaS company who are expanding into the UK market and looking to hire a HubSpot & Marketing Director to build their marketing function from the ground up.
As HubSpot & Marketing Director, you'll initially be the sole in-house marketer, working hand-in-hand with the UK sales team. You'll own the full marketing function, from brand, content, and the website through to campaigns, HubSpot, and sales enablement, making sure every activity has a clear line to revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive UK brand awareness and inbound lead generation across the website, SEO, AI search visibility, paid search, and paid and organic social
- Act as HubSpot administrator, owning properties, objects, sequences, segments, and data quality, and building automated nurture campaigns from first touch to sales-ready handover
- Plan and run outbound campaigns end-to-end, supporting the sales team with prospect lists, and enablement content
- Manage the marketing budget and external agencies, reporting on pipeline contribution, cost per lead, and conversion, while supporting partner programme and new product launches
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience
- Strong HubSpot expertise, including building sequences, segments, properties, and objects, and automating campaigns and lead nurturing
- Track record of driving inbound leads and owning a company website, including content, SEO, and conversion performance
- Confident working independently as a function of one, with experience managing budgets and agencies and using AI tools across content, prospecting, and campaign workflows
