- Engage with prospective clients via phone and email
- Market across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and other platforms (training provided)
- Set and execute business goals with full autonomy
- Participate in leadership and sales training programs to enhance skills
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team
Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer success
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and thrives in a performance-based role
- Passionate about leadership, personal development, and achieving success
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence, close deals, and build teams
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written skills
- Experience with Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn advertising is a plus but not required
