About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lead Data Analyst to join our team remotely. This pivotal role involves owning and scaling Facer’s analytics and growth measurement functions, enabling the entire organization to make smarter, data-driven decisions. As the first dedicated data professional at Facer, you will define success metrics across product and growth domains, build dashboards, ensure accurate data instrumentation, and develop the company's data strategy. This is an exceptional opportunity to lay the foundation of Facer’s data practice from the ground up, influencing key business outcomes and fostering a data-centric culture. The position offers flexibility as either part-time or full-time, catering to candidates who are passionate about shaping the future of wearable technology and analytics. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Growth Analytics, or related roles, preferably within consumer technology or mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling, with hands-on experience using BigQuery or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and attribution platforms including AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
• Proven track record of collaborating with product and marketing teams to drive growth through data insights.
• Ability to define key metrics, establish tracking protocols, and develop comprehensive analytics strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics across product, marketing, and business operations to inform strategic decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards that provide actionable insights for leadership and teams.
• Partner with engineering teams to define and implement robust product instrumentation for accurate data collection.
• Support marketing efforts by analyzing user acquisition funnels, evaluating paid performance campaigns, and optimizing attribution data to maximize ROI.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and accessibility across all reporting tools and platforms.
• Assess the current data stack, including Appfigures, Google Analytics, Firebase, BigQuery, and Looker Studio, and lead initiatives for migration or adoption of new tools as needed.
• Act as the company’s primary data expert, proactively identifying opportunities for analytics-driven improvements and decision-making enhancements.
