About The Role As a vital member of the Data Sciences & Analytics Team, you will work directly with cutting-edge technologies to develop scalable data products and solutions for our US and global clients. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify actionable insights from complex data sets, define modeling requirements, and apply creative testing of hypotheses. You will be responsible for automating data preparation processes, building predictive and descriptive models, analyzing results, and visualizing data to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will be involved in integrating these solutions into innovative data products that enhance our marketing capabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your analytical skills and technical expertise will directly impact the success of our next-generation offerings. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and technology project management
- Strong presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint or similar tools
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- Experience with reengineering or financial services industry preferred
- Knowledge of deep learning, neural networks, and modeling frameworks is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is advantageous
- Applicants must have work authorization that does not require future visa sponsorship in the US
Responsibilities
- Support active users of the Marketing Resource Management (MRM) system by addressing questions and issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, plan projects, and communicate timelines and challenges
- Develop system enhancement requirements by working with cross-functional teams and writing detailed user stories
- Coordinate with IT to implement system changes through an iterative agile process, utilizing tools like JIRA
- Manage technology releases, prioritize enhancements, and facilitate grooming sessions
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation, including writing and executing test scripts
- Provide users with appropriate system access and maintain comprehensive feature documentation
- Assist in ongoing and annual user training programs and documentation updates
- Manage accrual processes, create and analyze reports for data accuracy, and oversee invoice processing within P2P systems
- Track and manage vendor spend, project coding processes, and reclassification activities related to financial transactions
