About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) while gaining broad exposure to how a business plans, reports, and performs. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting core financial workflows, assisting with monthly and annual planning cycles, and providing insightful analysis to internal stakeholders. You will own recurring processes such as forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This position is ideal for someone eager to develop their FP&A skills, collaborate across departments, and eventually take on broader business-partnering responsibilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, finance, or a similar analytical role
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including working with large datasets, formulas, and summary reports
• Experience with financial modeling, financial reporting, or planning support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with strong follow-through and a willingness to learn
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to process improvement

Responsibilities

• Support the development of forecasts, budgets, reports, and variance analysis across revenue, expenses, and cash flows
• Lead recurring monthly meetings for assigned departments, translating business activity into forecast updates and variance insights
• Maintain high data quality throughout the monthly close and reporting cycle, including integrating actuals into financial models and reports
• Assist in preparing executive reports and conducting ad hoc financial analyses as needed
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process by building and maintaining planning templates, collaborating with stakeholders, and analyzing historical data trends
• Participate in enhancing FP&A systems, workflows, and reporting processes, including the integration of AI tools to improve efficiency
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data and reporting outputs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the FP&A function to optimize processes and deliver more value to the business
