About The Role We are seeking a talented and dedicated full-time Graphic Designer to join our team in a remote capacity, with a preference for candidates located within the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area. The Graphic Designer will play a vital role in supporting TSA's Office of Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (OSHE) by creating compelling visual content for outreach and communication initiatives. This position is permanent and offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects that promote safety awareness among TSA personnel. The role requires a Public Trust background check, and a clearance must be obtained prior to accessing TSA systems and resources. The anticipated start date is August 15th, 2026, contingent upon contract award and clearance approval. Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing content on SharePoint pages
• Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Portfolio showcasing recent graphic design work (e.g., social media artist accounts, personal website, or online portfolio)
• Ability to conceptualize visuals based on project requirements
• Experience in designing and refreshing layouts for publications and presentations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate feedback into design revisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Eligibility for a Public Trust background check and clearance prior to employment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Outreach Coordinator to support TSA OSH outreach events and publication efforts
• Design and develop visual content such as posters, flyers, cards, and other materials for outreach and workshop events held three to four times annually
• Publish and update content on SharePoint pages to ensure effective dissemination of outreach materials
• Enhance visual impact by adding, editing, or removing content on digital platforms
• Conceptualize and create visuals aligned with project requirements and organizational branding guidelines
• Refine and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members
• Maintain consistency in design style and messaging across all outreach materials
