We are looking for an experienced French Speaking Recruiter to join our international Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment activities for a global client in the renewable energy sector. This is a fully remote position based in Portugal or Poland, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment and support recruitment activities across the French market. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both white-collar and blue-collar positions, working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver an excellent recruitment experience.
Your responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
- Proactively identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Recruit for both white-collar and blue-collar positions across the French market.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing recruitment advice and market insights.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability.
- Manage multiple recruitment activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS.
- Collaborate with international recruitment teams to meet hiring objectives and service level agreements (SLAs).
Required skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Fluent French and good communication skills in English.
- Experience recruiting white-collar and blue-collar profiles.
- Strong active sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
