Senior Media Buyer

My client is a full-service eCommerce firm, helping entrepreneurs start, scale, and invest in profitable online businesses.

This is a role for someone who wants to run ads at an elite standard without the chaos of juggling communications. You'll have account management handled so you can stay focused on performance, precision, and scale alongside a team that pushes hard, moves fast, and doesn't tolerate mediocrity.

Experience Required:

• Sharp operator with hands-on experience selling $100+ eCommerce products through FB/IG ads (TikTok experience a strong plus)
• Proven ability running Google Ads for eCommerce and pairing cross-channel strategy
• Ability to build complete acquisition strategies for different products, then execute the plan with accountability and high follow-through
• Deep understanding of algorithm changes, auction mechanics, and platform behaviours that impact performance
• Daily + weekly reporting discipline: tracking, monitoring, measuring, and interpreting data with clarity (numbers matter)
• Capacity to manage 10+ client accounts simultaneously with precision
• Strong skill in store optimisation + data interpretation to identify strategic next steps
• Aggressive and precise action-taking: treating every dollar like it's your own money
• Client-success focused with 100% ownership over every decision made inside the ad account
• Prior experience inside a digital marketing agency
• Experience managing digital advertising specifically for eCommerce brands
• Basic understanding of copywriting and creative strategy. Knowing what converts and why
• Understanding of eCommerce CRO and funnel fundamentals
• A team-first mindset: able to operate inside a young, ambitious, high-standards environment
