About the Opportunity:

The GLOBAL TOTAL REWARDS MANAGER is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive Total Rewards programs globally. This role ensures alignment of compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives with organizational goals, enhancing employee engagement and supporting business objectives. The position plays a critical part in maintaining compliant and competitive reward structures and partnering across functions to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of Total Rewards offerings.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead development, implementation, and administration of global Total Rewards programs including compensation, benefits, recognition, wellbeing, and incentives.
  • Support evolution of Total Rewards philosophy and frameworks aligned with business and talent needs.
  • Establish governance, controls, and documentation for consistent program administration.
  • Monitor global market and regulatory changes affecting Total Rewards.
  • Support compensation philosophy, pay structures, job architecture, benchmarking, and pay equity initiatives.
  • Lead annual compensation processes in partnership with HR and Finance.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Provide compensation guidance to HR leaders and managers.
  • Manage global benefits programs and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee recognition and wellbeing programs to strengthen employee engagement.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and inform improvements.
  • Use data and financial insights to guide Total Rewards decisions.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling related to Total Rewards.
  • Develop reporting and metrics to monitor program performance.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology to improve processes and automate administrative tasks.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions including AI and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage external consultants and strategic partners.
  • Build partnerships with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders.
  • Support M&A and organizational changes requiring Total Rewards expertise.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Professional certification in Compensation, Benefits, Human Resources, or related discipline is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or related HR discipline.
  • Experience with global or multi-country HR programs preferred.
  • Strong background in compensation and benefits program design and administration.
  • Knowledge of market benchmarking, pay structures, pay equity, and compensation processes.
  • Experience managing vendors, consultants, and cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to support strategy and decisions.
  • Exposure to process improvement, automation, and HR technology solutions preferred.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements across multiple countries.
  • Advanced English proficiency.


Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • The expected annual compensation range for this role is 130,000 to 140,000 USD, with eligibility for bonus or other incentives where applicable. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location within the United States, and business needs.
