Job description:

We are seeking experienced Technical Recruiters / Engineering Headhunters to partner on high-value placements without the burden of client-side business development.

This is a fully remote, commission-only recruiting opportunity focused on placing highly skilled professionals into specialized engineering and enterprise technology roles across leading companies.

Compensation

  • €8,000 – €10,000 per successful placement
  • No cap on earnings

Active Searches

  • Microsoft Power Platform Engineer
  • Project Manager Electrotechnik

What You Will Do

  • Proactively source experienced technical and engineering candidates
  • Engage passive candidates using your own sourcing methods and tools
  • Screen for technical depth, project experience, certifications, and industry background
  • Assess communication skills, stakeholder management, and delivery capability
  • Manage candidates throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding process

This is not a job board sourcing role.

You must be comfortable recruiting directly from established engineering consultancies, enterprise technology teams, and industrial organizations.

Required Experience, please do NOT apply unless you have:

  • Successfully placed technical or engineering professionals into specialized or hard-to-fill roles
  • At least 2–3 completed placements within the last 12 months
  • Experience engaging passive candidates in competitive talent markets
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures for technical and engineering professionals
  • The ability to independently generate qualified candidate pipelines

Ideal Background

  • Experience recruiting for engineering, enterprise technology, or industrial roles
  • Independent recruiter or agency background focused on technical placements
  • Proven success filling hard-to-fill technical positions
  • Existing network within German-speaking engineering or IT talent markets
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates for specialized technical roles
