• Technical proficiency with digital profile management tools and talent platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple candidate profiles effectively
• Familiarity with the UAE and international job markets is considered advantageous
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
