This role exists to consistently produce high-performing static ad creatives that drive profitable growth on Meta.
You are not here to âdesign assetsâ or wait for briefs.
You are here to find what works, turn it into ads, and scale it through volume and iteration.About the Company
We are a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce business operating in the US market across two core brands:
- A wireless dog fountain brand
- A dog supplement brand
Both brands are heavily invested in Meta and Google Ads, where creative performance is a primary growth driverânot a support function.
Our model is built on:
- Direct response marketing
- High-volume creative production
- Rapid iteration based on real performance data
Weâve already validated what works.
Now the focus is scaling itâby increasing output, improving speed, and consistently producing creatives that perform.
The Role Overview
This role exists to own the end-to-end production of static ad creatives
so that new winning hooks, angles, and concepts are consistently identified and tested
which results in improved ROAS, faster iteration cycles, and scalable creative output without founder involvement.
You will own the full pipeline: research â ideation â briefing â design â iteration.Responsibilities (Outcome-Based)
You are accountable for:
- Producing 12â15 complete creative briefs per week, each with 3â5 distinct hooks/angles
- Conducting deep customer and market research (reviews, comments, competitors, Reddit, etc.)
- Turning insights into clear hooks, messaging angles, and structured ad concepts
- Designing high-converting static ads (product images, review ads, ugly ads, headline creatives)
- Iterating on winning creatives based on performance data to extend lifecycle and scale
- Maintaining a consistent pipeline of test-ready creatives without relying on external directionWhat Success Looks Like
Youâre winning in this role when:
- You consistently deliver 12â15 high-quality briefs weekly with strong variation in hooks
- A meaningful percentage of your creatives hit or exceed ROAS and CPA targets
- New winning angles are identified regularlyânot just iterations of existing ones
- Time from idea â test â profitable creative is consistently reduced
- Founders and leadership are no longer involved in creative ideation
Required ExperienceSeniority Level: MidâSenior (3â5+ years minimum)
This is a high-ownership role requiring both execution and thinking.
You must have:
- Proven experience creating static ads for Meta that have scaled spend
- Strong ability to independently conduct customer research and generate ad angles
- Deep understanding of direct response psychology (hooks, pain points, desires)
- Experience owning creative production end-to-end (not just design execution)
- Ability to produce high volume without sacrificing performance quality
- Experience working with DTC or eCommerce brands
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative production and iterationTools / Environment
Youâll work across:
- Meta Ads Manager (performance analysis)
- Canva, Photoshop, or Figma (creative production)
- Foreplay, Atria, Meta Ads Library, AdSpy, PipiAds (research & inspiration)
- Google Docs & Sheets (briefs, tracking, reporting)
- Slack (communication)
- ClickUp (task management)
