Recruitment Consultant - remote

We’re a boutique headhunting firm, and our US CPA & Advisory desk is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running targeted searches for senior accounting and advisory professionals (Tax, Audit, Advisory – Big 4 & Top 50 talent).
• Researching firms, mapping markets, and building pipelines of top-tier candidates.
• Managing candidate journeys with precision – from first outreach to offer stage.
• Partnering with firm leaders on succession planning and critical senior hires.

What we are looking for:

• A recruiter with 1–3 years’ experience OR someone with talent acquisition/research experience ready to step into headhunting.
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
• Confident on the phone, persuasive, and commercially sharp.
• Resilient, ambitious, and hungry to grow into a niche market expert.
