IMMEDIATE CUSTOMER SUPPORT/CHAT AGENT NEEDED OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST EDUCATION ORGANIZATION IN THE US THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION FROM AUGUST - OCTOBER MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM-6PM EASTERN TIME EQUIPMENT PROVIDED $17/HR Qualifications 2 years of call center experience Must have chat support experience Microsoft Office proficient Excellent communication skills Description Providing high levels of customer service to Students in a Virtual Chat Support environment Maintaining privacies allotted through the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act Helping callers through password resets Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
