About the Company
The Sage Group’s client is the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe to buy, sell, and discover the things you love. We’re re-defining e-commerce by blending community, shopping, and entertainment into a community just for you. As a remote co-located team, we’re inspired by innovation and anchored in our values. With hubs in the US, UK, Germany, Ireland, and Poland, we’re building the future of online marketplaces – together. From fashion, beauty, and electronics to collectibles like trading cards, comic books, and even live plants, our live auctions have something for everyone. And we’re just getting started! As one of the fastest growing marketplaces, we’re looking for bold, forward-thinking problem solvers across all functional areas.
About the Role
We are looking for a thoughtful, highly craft-driven Marketing Designer to join the creative team. Our small but mighty team is responsible for building the brand and crafting best-in-class creative across physical and digital experiences. We’re looking for a hybrid creative who thrives at the intersection of brand design and experiential marketing, responsible for translating the energy of our diverse categories (from Sneakers and Sports Cards to Fashion and Beauty) into digitally native on-platform events and show-stopping in-person activations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with marketing, brand, and cross-functional stakeholders to design high-quality creative that supports campaigns, launches, events, and always-on marketing initiatives. You’ll take projects from concept through execution, balancing speed and experimentation with a strong attention to craft and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with category and marketing teams to develop and execute event strategy and design that supports our business goals and objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end processes, from initial concepts to final handoff, to deliver work that drives loyalty and engagement.
- Create and maintain reusable templates and lightweight systems to support scalable, repeatable marketing content.
- Stay ahead of trends, emerging platforms, and creative best practices to keep our events fresh, effective, and culturally resonant.
- Manage multiple projects independently, prioritizing effectively while delivering polished work on tight timelines.
- Contribute to a strong creative culture by sharing feedback, elevating craft, and collaborating openly with other designers.
Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and exceptional execution.
Required Skills
- Proven experience designing marketing and editorial content such as campaigns, ads, social assets, emails, decks, and event materials.
- Deep appreciation for craft—you’re detail-oriented, quality-focused, and take pride in producing polished, visually compelling work.
- Comfortable working independently as a self-starter, owning projects end-to-end while juggling multiple briefs and stakeholders.
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills—you can clearly articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback thoughtfully.
- Highly fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Ability to operate nimbly in fast-paced environments, embracing iteration and change with a resilient mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consumer tech, marketplaces, or e-commerce brands is a plus.
