Sales Development Representative (Cold Calling) – TNW Energy
We’re looking for a hungry, and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing team at TNW Energy. This is a remote cold calling role where you’ll be at the frontline of driving new business by booking site survey appointments for our clients in the solar energy space.
What You’ll Be Doing
Cold calling prospects daily with the goal of booking high-quality site survey meetings
Managing your own pipeline of bookings and ensuring clients’ expectations are met
Speaking with both prospects and clients consistently throughout the day
Handling leads, appointment setting, and account management with confidence
Working closely with our leadership team for training, development, and support

A self-starter with a go-getter mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator who enjoys being on the phone and building rapport quickly
Ambitious individual eager to grow within sales and business development
Strong organisational skills to manage leads, calls, and client relationships effectively
Ability to stay resilient, focused, and motivated even when facing challenges
