About the Role
IEM is seeking a Data Analyst to support strategic decision-making and performance management through data analysis and business insights. Reporting to the VP, Execution and Delivery, this role will focus on customer forecasts and their impact on operational performance, helping the Execution & Delivery (E&D) team plan support and staffing requirements.
You will analyze customer behavior, market trends, and operational performance to identify opportunities, improve business visibility, and support key initiatives. Working with Data Science, Infrastructure, Analytics, and E&D leadership teams, you will use tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, and AI-enabled workflows to deliver timely, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop, maintain, and improve analytics frameworks to monitor customer retention, market share, revenue growth, and market expansion initiatives.
● Analyze customer forecasts and assess their impact on operational performance and business priorities.
● Provide data-driven insights to support staffing strategies and operational planning for the Execution & Delivery team.
● Use AI tools and modern analytics workflows to improve efficiency, generate insights, and support day-to-day decision-making.
● Collaborate with Data Science, Infrastructure, and other Analytics teams using tools such as Tableau and Snowflake to deliver timely performance insights.
● Communicate clear, actionable findings and recommendations to the E&D Leadership Team.
● Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership to improve processes and support operational success.
● Handle workplace information with integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
● Promote respectful communication, teamwork, and a positive working environment.
Required Qualifications
● At least 2 years of relevant analytical experience working with large datasets and delivering insights.
● Hands-on experience incorporating AI tools, such as generative AI, automation, or advanced analytics workflows, into day-to-day analytical work.
● Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and clear communication.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
● Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
● Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor's or master's degree in Analytics or a related field.
● Experience in a commercial business environment.
Salary & Benefits
● Annual salary range: $80,000–$95,000.
