The Role

We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to build out a desk, working with our existing clients while developing new business.

This is a 360 role in a candidate-led market, where strong candidates open doors.

You’ll be:

• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates (LinkedIn, applications, outreach)
• Taking candidates to market and managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Building new client relationships with high-growth businesses
• Identifying and winning new business opportunities
• Collaborating with a high-performing, supportive team

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ months recruitment experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset with confidence in negotiation
• High energy, urgency, and resilience
• A self-starter who thrives with autonomy
• Someone who gets things done and hates red tape

What You’ll Get
