About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to support our digital efforts and help us connect with schools and education professionals across the country. You’ll contribute to content-driven campaigns, work with campaign managers, and create and maintain webpages—all with the goal of generating interest, nurturing leads, and amplifying our brand in the EdTech space.
This role is ideal for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, learning fast, and making a measurable impact in a mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
- Work with campaign managers to launch campaigns across website, email, other marketing channels
- Assist with the creation and optimization of landing pages, forms, and blog content in our CMS (e.g., HubSpot or WordPress)
- Collaborate with content and design teams to schedule and publish engaging pieces tailored to our education audience
- Maintain and update key website pages with fresh content and SEO-friendly structure
- Monitor performance data and provide insights on campaign and channel effectiveness
- Combine findings and metrics to be reported on monthly to marketing leadership team
- Stay up to date on digital trends in EdTech and recommend new ways to engage school decision-makers
What You'll Bring:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong communication skills with an ability to write and edit content for different channels
- Familiarity with digital tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Google Analytics, or similar
- Understanding of up-to-date SEO and content marketing principles
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working in or marketing to the K–12 education space
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Previous work in a startup or SaaS environment
