We are seeking for four (x4) Dayforce Support Officers to join our team on a fixed‑term contract through to 26 June 2026.About The Role These positions play a vital role in supporting and guiding staff in the effective use of the Dayforce time and attendance system. You’ll help ensure payroll accuracy, maintain compliance with Award and Enterprise Agreement requirements, and provide high‑quality system support across the organisation. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline support to operational teams using Dayforce.
  • Investigate and resolve timesheet‑related pay discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate application of Award and Enterprise Agreement conditions.
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Manage system access and troubleshoot issues in partnership with Payroll and IT.
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service to internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working with time and attendance systems.
  • Strong ability to interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreement provisions accurately.
  • Demonstrated capability in investigating and resolving pay discrepancies.
  • Highly developed analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, with confidence in managing and analysing complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check: Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid clearance.
  • Working with Children Check: Valid WWCC (or state/territory equivalent) required.
