An exciting role has become available in our fast developing, well established, and credible background screening company. VETTING.com offers an exceptional and second-to-none service for public, private, and third sector organisations/companies to safeguard and reduce risk. We look after our customers through a first class support and success service, managing the bespoke vetting and screening processes. Each day is different, and work will be mostly remote. Come and join a great team of amazing people!

You will be:

• Engaging with candidates going through the screening process, and supporting them
• Processing screening checks submitted by said candidates, reviewing data and evidence with accuracy
• Completing and maintaining tasks to ensure all screening solutions are completed exactly as required
• Engaging with existing and prospective customers with regards to their accounts and our state of the art platform
• Making sure that our customers have everything they need, when they need it
• Maintaining a strong oversight of our global customers, and understanding their needs and requirements
• Responding to challenges and routine queries through our customer relations management protocols and software.
• Working as a team of service driven talent, and committing to a wide range of customer focused activities.

You will need:

• Home working space
• A good understanding of, and an interest in, technology
• Great written and verbal communication skills, and an interest in people
• A service driven personality, with a can do attitude
• The ability to work well as a team, with good self-discipline to get stuck in and invest
• The ability to learn operational processes swiftly
• A strong desire to help and support

It will help if you have:-

• An investigative mindset
• An interest in background screening, risk and employment safeguarding
• Experience in either/both of the above (but not necessary!)
• Law enforcement interest or experience (again not necessary!)
• A desire to progress within a small but global company
• Experience with Microsoft products and Hubspot.
