Investment Analyst

VillaCarte Group is an international real estate development, hospitality, and investment group based in Phuket, Thailand, with projects across residential, hospitality, and lifestyle assets.

We are expanding our investment function and are looking for an Investment Analyst to join our growing international team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work at the intersection of investments, real estate, and strategic growth — and be close to real deals, not just spreadsheets.

What you will work on

• Financial modeling for real estate and hospitality projects
• Investment analysis (IRR, NPV, cash flow, scenarios)
• Market and competitive research
• Preparation of investment materials for internal decision-making and investors
• Supporting deal structuring and investment committees
• Working closely with development, finance, legal, and commercial teams

Who we are looking for

• 1–4 years of experience in investment analysis, finance, consulting, or real estate
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Solid understanding of financial modeling basics
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to structure information and present insights clearly
• English — strong working proficiency
