The Framework

Xenith operates as a technology and strategy provider. To ensure the highest standards of security and compliance, all client assets are held in segregated accounts. Onboarding, custody, and execution are managed exclusively by our FCA-regulated partner.

The Mandate

• Source: Identify and qualify sophisticated allocators with a minimum commitment of $10,000.
• Introduce: Facilitate the bridge between the allocator and Xenith’s technical onboarding team.
• Maintain: Act as the primary relationship point for your introduced network, supported by our real-time reporting.

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-driven partnership mandate offering a tiered revenue-share model:

• Success Fee: A fixed retention bonus per account, payable following a 90-day deployment hurdle.
• Performance Share: A recurring monthly revenue share of 15% of gross performance fees generated by your introduced AUM.
