VLTED provides Employers private secure communities with the ability to gamify any topic :Sports, Pop Culture, Reality TV, Work. Its unique platform provides an opportunity to train and recognize employees for positive performance. VLTED creates a sense of engagement and a solution to improve pre-boarding, on boarding , retention and engagement challenges many employers are facing on a daily basis.

Role Description

This is a remote role and an opportunity to generate supplement income for your firm or as an individual. Compensation will be based on success of assisting VLTED to grow its network of Employers

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration is preferred
• Must have at least 4+ years of HR Consulting experience
