What You'll Do

• Play a supporting role across multiple projects, with guidance and direction from senior team members
• Hands-on exposure to qualitative and quantitative research projects from setup through delivery, including field coordination, scheduling, and logistics
• Help draft research materials such as screeners, discussion guides, and questionnaires
• Begin moderating interviews with guidance from senior team members
• Contribute to early insight development, toplines, and summary findings
• Assist with analysis and slide development for client presentations and final reports
• Communicate with clients around timelines, logistics, and project updates
• Support junior team members and contribute to smooth team workflows
• Maintain quality and consistency across project documents and deliverables

What You'll Bring

• Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative market research within healthcare or life sciences (internships or 1 to 2 years of experience are ideal)
• Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing polished, accurate work
• A proactive mindset - someone who takes ownership of tasks and follows them through
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new therapy areas, methods, and ways of working
• A collaborative approach and comfort working as part of a close-knit project team
