This role focuses on developing long-term relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, property managers, apartment communities, and corporate partners to drive consistent referrals and company growth.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting people, and building professional partnerships in a fast-growing service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with real estate agents and brokerages
• Visit real estate offices and attend networking events
• Present company services and value proposition
• Create referral agreements and strategic partnerships
• Track activities and partnerships in CRM
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams
• Meet monthly partnership and revenue targets
• Identify new market opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and networking skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional presentation skills
• B2B sales or business development experience preferred
• Real estate industry experience is a strong plus
• Valid driver’s license (for local meetings)
