Purpose
The Project Manager plays a critical role in bringing Addverb’s customer vision for automated warehousing solutions to life. The core responsibility is the end-to-end commissioning and execution of autonomous mobile robots and pallet/bin shuttles, integrating them seamlessly with customer warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Develop project scopes and objectives, obtaining sign-off from customers and sales teams.
- Ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery of all projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including explosion of BOM with the design team, to track progress.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate as necessary.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Create a highly motivated and collaborative team environment.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
- Attend kick-off meetings, stakeholder reviews, and client sessions to ensure closure of recorded points.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal HQ engineers, clients, and external vendors.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report progress, risks, and issues to senior management as required.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and organize internal weekly reviews with the team & management team.
Operational & On-Site Requirements
- Interface professionally with clients at all times.
- Work flexibly, including some weekends during go-live phases.
- Travel 70–80% weekly (depending on home/base location) across major project sites across the US.
- Ability and willingness to lift/lower/carry objects up to 15kg, work at heights, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a decent driving record.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Years of Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in installation and commissioning of automation projects.
- Experience in Automated Material Handling Systems (Fixed & Flexible), Warehouse Automation, Supply Chain & Logistics, or 3PL preferred.
- Experience in mission-critical, on-call environments is desirable.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with CAD software (Eplan, AutoCAD) for reading and interpreting drawings.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
