- You are not required to report into a Mosaic office; however, there is travel to client locations across North America required for this role (up to 50%)

Position Overview The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, and within defined scope to meet the client’s stated business objectives. In partnership with project leadership, the PM is accountable for the overall quality of deliverables, project health, and day-to-day client engagement. Roles and Responsibilities Business & Industry Acumen
- Partner with the Strategic Advisor to develop working knowledge of the client’s operations, processes, financial drivers, and business objectives.
- Monitor alignment between project performance and client operational/financial drivers.
- Identify risks, issues, and business impacts and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Realign work plans and project cadence as client business needs evolve.
- Gain familiarity with industry dynamics that may impact project execution.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client.
- Facilitate client status meetings and provide accurate, timely reporting.
- Develop and execute communication and escalation plans.
- Manage relationships with client stakeholders, third-party vendors, and internal leadership.
- Communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully and professionally.
- Build trust and maintain strong external relationships in varying and ambiguous client environments.
Planning & Managing Work
- Define deliverables, milestones, co-dependencies, resource plans, and level of effort.
- Manage project execution in alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Establish and monitor project health indicators.
- Partner with Project Controller (as appropriate) to maintain weekly internal and client-facing reports.
- Use project metrics to identify process improvements and drive informed decision-making.
- Complete project closeout activities, including lessons learned and ensuring readiness for invoicing.
- Ensure proper documentation management, version control, naming conventions, and archiving of project materials.
Technology & Tools
- Utilize Microsoft Project to forecast and manage project resources and logistics.
- Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Design templates and troubleshoot formatting/design issues as needed.
- Maintain structured project team sites to ensure documentation integrity.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated success leading or managing medium-to-large projects or workstreams.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project (scope, timeline, budget).
- Experience managing client relationships and resolving project issues.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Strong documentation, data collection, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to delegate effectively and drive team accountability.
- Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or related field required.
- PMP or related certification preferred.

Compensation decisions are made based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, consulting experience, education and training, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed reflects a good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. A reasonable national base salary range for this position is $95,000 - 165,000 USD annually, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This position is eligible to participate in a bonus program of up to 8% of annual compensation, subject to individual and organizational performance.
