What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls, responding to customer requests within set timeframes
  • Provide information and knowledgeable assistance by pulling up loan information for customers
  • Adhere to schedules, multitask, and meet deadlines while providing verbal and written responses to customers
  • Work as part of a dedicated team to explain policies and procedures to customers
  • Build positive relationships with customers, ensuring they feel secure and well-looked-after

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • 0-1 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to confidentiality and data security

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Familiarity with loan processing or mortgage services
