Agribot is an innovative Earth Observation and climate tech start-up that has been using AI way before it was cool. It offers a decision-making tool that eliminates the need for manual field assessment and grass measurement, whilst analysing how climate change will impact individual fields. Agribot also provides precise grass growth predictions for two weeks and a one-month warning for severe weather conditions.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Full-Stack Engineer at Agribot. The Full-Stack Engineer will develop, test, and maintain software applications for the Agribot platform while working alongside the Founder and CTO. The role will involve working on both front-end and back-end technologies to ensure the system's functionality and performance. Whilst the role does not require AI work specifically, it does require working with a specialised team to turn models into usable platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React.js
• Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or Golang
• Knowledge of Nosql database management systems such as Mongodb
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A strong open-source portfolio or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
