Human Resources Operations Specialist

Role: HR OperationsLocation: Remote (Australia)Role Type: ContractJob Description:

• Skillset – they need to evidence that they have processed terminations and that they have a strong understanding of Australia region experience in payroll.
• 10+ experience in managing HR operations (~ 5+ years of experience in managing / doing terminations for Australia) or payroll operations for Australia.
• In depth understanding of Australia regulations e.g., ATO, APRA etc.,
• Experience of managing large scale terminations for Australia geography and manage it as a project
• Severance and full & final calculations in alignment with Australia regulations
• Knowledge and experience of processing terminations in SuccessFactors
• Experience of reporting and monitoring mass terminations on daily basis and monitoring for completeness
