Project Coordinator

We are seeking a part-time Project Coordinator to support a dynamic project. This is a remote-first role with flexible hours.What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with team members to gather, document, and refine project requirements
• Build project roadmaps and track progress using project management tools
• Coordinate the rollout of deliverables and reports
• Centralize and streamline operational workflows
• Analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
• Contribute to other internal or client-facing projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or equivalent)
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
• Hands-on knowledge of project management tools
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Comfortable working independently with light supervision
• Able to attend occasional mandatory meetings during business hours

• Location: Remote
• Start Date: Must be available to start before a designated date
• Interviews: Two rounds – one with us, one with the client
• Growth Opportunity: High-performing candidates may be offered additional roles on future projects
