Marketing Project ManagerOur client is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead and support high-impact marketing initiatives across multiple internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, driving execution with urgency, and navigating the complexities of cross-functional project work. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, detail-oriented executor, and experienced user of modern project management tools.
This role is fully remote.
Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and programs in partnership with stakeholders across departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across marketing, product, digital, finance, and other teams to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Manage end-to-end project workflows—from scoping and planning to execution and closure—while identifying risks and removing roadblocks.
- Maintain a clear sense of urgency while ensuring alignment with process and project milestones.
- Optimize existing project workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource planning for multiple concurrent projects.
- Communicate project status, dependencies, and outcomes to key stakeholders through clear reporting and documentation.
- Support broader Marketing PMO goals, including improving standards, governance, and operational best practices.
- Utilize project management platforms such as Wrike or Asana to track progress, manage deliverables, and maintain visibility.
Marketing Project Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in marketing or communications.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships across teams.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience using project management software (e.g., Wrike, Asana) to track and deliver work.
- Proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Professional integrity and willingness to speak up, problem-solve collaboratively, and ask questions when needed.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments where cross-functional collaboration is essential.
