Right now, we’re about to launch a major, game-changing project and we need a passionate Product Manager to join us on this exciting journey.

This is a unique opportunity to take the lead on a next-generation digital pet insurance platform that will redefine the experience for pet owners across the UK and Europe.

What you’ll be doing:

As our Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind this pivotal project. You won't just be managing a backlog; you'll be shaping a seamless digital journey from quote to claim.

• Own the Vision: You’ll define and champion the product roadmap, translating customer needs into a brilliant, user-centric platform.
• Collaborate and Deliver: Working within a supportive, cross-functional team, you’ll partner with designers, developers and stakeholders to bring innovative features to life in an Agile environment.
• Make a Real Impact: This isn't about tweaking buttons. You'll be building a core platform from the ground up, making insurance simpler, faster and more intuitive for pet owners when they need it most.

Who we’re looking for:

We're looking for someone who is excited by a challenge and wants to see their work make a tangible difference.

• You will have good experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, ideally in the insurance or fintech world. (Pet insurance experience is a huge plus!)
• You’re comfortable in an Agile environment and know your way around tools like Jira and Confluence.
• You are a natural collaborator and communicator, able to act as the voice of the customer and align everyone towards a common goal.
• You’re passionate about creating outstanding digital experiences.
