We’re looking for a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to help plan, coordinate, and deliver projects across teams. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to grow in project management and contribute to successful outcomes in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain documentation, status reports, and communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks or delays and assist in developing mitigation plans.
• Help optimize workflows and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in meetings and assist senior managers in project planning and reporting.

✅ Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, management, or a related administrative role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com).
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
• Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time.
