With a growing team of 45+ experts across Austin, New York, San Francisco and EMEA, we’re looking for a Remote Project Manager to join our global team as we expand in the coming year.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at Black & Black, you’ll lead the delivery of digital web projects, including UX design, development, integrations, and ongoing enhancements for our e-commerce clients. You’ll be the central point of contact, ensuring quality execution on time and within budget while fostering strong client relationships and coordinating across internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client liaison and project owner for assigned clients.

Collaborate with clients to define business objectives, create project roadmaps, and prioritize tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results on schedule and within budget.

Write clear technical briefs and user stories for development and design teams.

Continuously refine and improve project workflows and operations.

Balance resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing e-commerce digital projects.

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Background in a technical or management discipline (bachelors degree preferred/graduate degree is a plus).

Experience with Shopify Plus and platform migrations (preferred).

Experience working with global teams.
