The projects focus on scalable wallet services, real-time data communication, and trading platforms. As part of the team, you’ll work with modern technologies and have the opportunity to grow with the company as we expand our impact in the industry.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Online Office Assistant to provide direct operational support to the company’s Managing CEO and C-level team. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing communication with international partners, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The position is 100% remote and offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for professionals who excel in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining the manager’s schedule
  • Organizing online meetings with business partners and clients
  • Monitoring compliance with commitments and deadlines
  • Daily communication with partners and clients in English
  • Processing and prioritizing incoming emails
  • Preparing short reports, summaries, documents, and presentations
  • Maintaining databases and organizing administrative information
  • Calendar and organizational coordination
  • Sending reminders for key meetings and events
  • Working with digital tools (Google Calendar, Excel, email, CRM systems, etc.)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent command of business English – both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or as a virtual assistant – over 3 years of experience is considered an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent skills in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Discretion and professional demeanor
