About the Role: We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our core business functions. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations related to contract management, payroll coordination, onboarding, and timesheet tracking for our team of engineers and consultants. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain contracts and operational documentation
- Coordinate timesheet collection, validation, and payroll support
- Assist with onboarding processes and ensure compliance with requirements
- Organize and maintain internal records, trackers, and document repositories
- Prepare regular operational reports and support KPI tracking
- Document key processes and contribute to operational improvements
- Support day-to-day coordination between engineers, clients, and internal teams
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, HR coordination, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, DocuSign, and project/task management platforms
- Experience working in a service/consulting/outsourcing environment is a plus
