Backtomeet is a new platform for curated communities — professional associations, alumni networks, coworking hubs, accelerators, and event organisers — all looking for a better way to foster real, meaningful 1:1 connections among their members.

Our MVP is live, and we’re ready to begin acquiring customers in the UK and Ireland. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative who can lead this effort end-to-end — from prospecting and pitching to closing and early market feedback.

This is a commission-only role to start — ideal for a senior commercial profile who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to help shape something from zero to one.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, contact, and pitch target organisations (B2B: communities, associations, hubs)
  • Lead product demos and own the full sales cycle
  • Close initial deals and generate early traction
  • Provide strategic input to refine messaging and go-to-market approach
  • Represent Backtomeet with clarity and credibility in the UKI market

Requirements:

  • Based in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland
  • Fluent in English
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven ability to close deals independently
  • Familiarity with professional networks, associations, or member-led organisations
  • Strong communication and self-management skills
  • Comfortable operating remotely in a lean, startup environment

Compensation:

  • Commission-only to start (with generous % of closed revenue)
  • Potential for future equity or full-time role based on performance
