About the Role
As the Country Manager for ANZ, you’ll be the driving force behind new business and partnerships, representing a cutting-edge omnichannel advertising network and technology solution. Their offering spans Connected TV (CTV), over-the-top (OTT) streaming platforms, podcasts, mobile, and online video – delivering premium, high-impact inventory for top brands and agencies.
In this senior leadership role, you’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on execution. You’ll nurture senior-level relationships, design revenue strategies, and lay the foundations for a thriving local team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a regional growth strategy across all channels and formats
- Cultivate relationships with brands, agencies, and publishers to unlock new opportunities
- Manage sales pipelines, reporting, and forecasting for the ANZ market
- Be the face of the business locally – building trust and market presence
- Recruit, develop and motivate high-calibre sales talent as the team expands
- Ensure solutions meet the needs of advertisers across CTV, OTT, podcasts, mobile, and online video
- Share local market insights to help shape product development and global strategy
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role within digital advertising or adtech
- Strong network of agency, brand and publisher contacts in ANZ
- Deep knowledge of omnichannel media, including CTV, OTT, audio, mobile and video
- A consultative approach and excellent presentation skills
- A track record of building and scaling revenue and teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently while growing local operations
