Role Description

  • This is a contract (shared commission), remote role for a Real Estate Salesperson. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for bringing in new business, conducting market analysis, creating and executing property marketing campaigns, managing customer interactions, and negotiating sales agreements. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, staying informed about market conditions, and maintaining compliance. We are a small, loyal team that operates in a psychological safe and emotionally mature environment at our our pace. We work off mutual respect and self-set hours and reasonable targets. We are looking for a friendly, approachable and empathetic person that is both willing to learn and share knowledge. Qualifications

  • Class 1 or 2 Real Estate License (current)
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice NSW (CPP41419)
  • At least 2 years working independently as a real sales agent
  • Great Sales and negotiation abilities
  • Strong Customer Service and client relationship
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and data analysis
  • Effective communication, organizational, and time-management
  • Good at using technology and digital tools for virtual interactions and marketing
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting sales goals
