Seeking for a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver impactful learning and knowledge management solutions that drive performance across the organization. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, create onboarding and workflow training programs, and implement innovative learning strategies, including the use of emerging technologies like AI.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement learning and knowledge management solutions aligned with business goals and performance objectives
  • Conduct performance and workflow analyses to identify skill gaps and training needs
  • Develop structured onboarding and role-based training programs based on operational insights
  • Rapidly design and deploy minimum viable learning solutions in response to changing business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Learning Leads, Support Operations, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Lead and manage large-scale learning initiatives, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors
  • Create tools and assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and performance outcomes
  • Support knowledge management initiatives by aligning training strategies with process and workflow documentation
  • Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance learning experiences and delivery methods

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective learning strategies
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning programs and performance support tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective collaboration skills with experience working across functions and stakeholder groups
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies, performance consulting, and adult learning principles
  • Knowledge of AI tools, learning technologies, or digital content platforms is a plus
