Seeking for a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver impactful learning and knowledge management solutions that drive performance across the organization. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, create onboarding and workflow training programs, and implement innovative learning strategies, including the use of emerging technologies like AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement learning and knowledge management solutions aligned with business goals and performance objectives
- Conduct performance and workflow analyses to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Develop structured onboarding and role-based training programs based on operational insights
- Rapidly design and deploy minimum viable learning solutions in response to changing business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Learning Leads, Support Operations, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Lead and manage large-scale learning initiatives, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors
- Create tools and assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and performance outcomes
- Support knowledge management initiatives by aligning training strategies with process and workflow documentation
- Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance learning experiences and delivery methods
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective learning strategies
- Experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning programs and performance support tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Effective collaboration skills with experience working across functions and stakeholder groups
- Familiarity with instructional design methodologies, performance consulting, and adult learning principles
- Knowledge of AI tools, learning technologies, or digital content platforms is a plus
